Polar Oats Ltd is founded in 2007. The company is owned by family farms in Finland which all have long traditions in grain production and sincere interest in developing cooperation with international customers.

The company's basic business idea is to deliver grain directly from the farm to the small and medium-sized industrial end user of grain on the international market. We value our customers and want to develop closer long-term cooperation with our clients. 

Our main product is luminous Finnish oat grain. The entire cultivation area of Finnish oats is located north of the 60th latitude – just like Greenland or Alaska! This unique and harsh Arctic environment provides the special qualities of Finnish oats. Find out how the midnight sun, clean waters and freezing winters refine our oats. We can offer100 % traceability back to the individual farm. Our speciality is oat grain, but we can also deliver other grains that are grown in Finland. We are happy to chat more about our products.

Finnish grain with its high technical and hygiene features is in our opinion one of the best in the world. Our long and light summer days in the northern hemisphere long -day conditions produce a heavy crop with a good quality. The grain can be used for all kind of purposes from animal feed to baby food. The grain in Finland is always dried in grain dryers which guarantees high quality. Hygiene level can be maintained high while the grain is stored in silos on the farm until the delivery. The supplied grain is tested and test results are communicated to the customer.
